Victoria Garden Hotel Hotel is currently looking to recruit the following positions:

Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of sales or similar background with a focus on strategic planning in hospitality industry
Outstanding leadership skills with good interpersonal and analytical skill
Job Descriptions :
Lead and execute all sales and marketing efforts
Evaluation of our sales activites as well as market research to initiate new sales opportunities
Spearhead sales initiative to reach corporate clients, ministries and agencies from federal and state governments, travel agents & OTAS etc
Directly responsible for market areas allocated/designated in all aspects of group room and function space, contract negotiation, finalizing all details, menu planning and servicing the group once they are in house
Plan, coordinate and implement sales promotion, visit current/potentional clients, cold calling, sales training and coaching to ensure optimum efficiency and capabilities of the sales team
Manage day to day sales activities, plan and assign work, and establish performance to develop goals for team members
Prepare in a timely and accurate manner on weekly, monthly and annual reports as directed/required
To perform any other duties assigned from time to time

Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the hotel field is required for this position
Able to hand full sets of accounts with minimum supervision
Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent

Job Descriptions :
Handle full spectrum of the accounting and management reporting
Preparing and reviewing corporate income tax returns, SST filings and deals directly with relevant authorities
To head, train and supervise a team of finance, cost control and purchasing personnel and oversees the financial and management reporting system
Liase with external parties including auditors,tax agent, financial institution
To perform any other relevant duties as and when assigned by the management
