General Manager
Job Description

Job Description
Fully in-charge and responsible for the overall operations of our brand, to improve hotel branding and position.
Accountability for achieving planned goals and key performance targets set by the corporate company.
Implement Policies & Procedure to achieve optimum results and desired branding.
Conduct daily briefing, training to motivate managers and staff to ensure they achieve their personal and departmental KPI.
Managing hotel Profit & Loss by monitoring expenses and reduce unnecessary expenses.
Produce monthly management report and market analysis with current market trend for the company.
Maintain the standard of service and constantly reviewing customer feedback and to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required language : English

Personal Assistant
Job Description

Job Description:
Provide administrative and/or confidential secretarial support to the Chief Executive Director.
Handle all personal duties including making appointments, travel and accommodation arrangement e.g. visa application, flight and hotel reservations, arrange and coordinate business schedule/events and social functions.
Prepare confidential and official correspondences, memorandum, agenda and minutes of meeting.
To set up work procedures and maintain an efficient filing system.
Assist in all communications with business associates.
To maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of staff and business associates.
Detailed and result-oriented with excellent verbal & written communication skills especially in correspondence and letter writing.
Good time management, independent driven to get job done and proactive in identifying and highlighting urgent issues.

Group Accountant
Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible in preparing the Group’s Consolidated Financial Statements.
Fully responsible for all Financial and Management Accounting functions for subsidiary companies (Overseeing daily operation and submission of monthly, quarterly and yearly Financial Accounting Reports to Local and Oversea Board)
Support Head of Finance in preparing annual budget, monthly forecast, projection, cash flow and tax management.
Oversee financial department downline team members including accountant, executive, and financial assistants to ensure meeting the deadline of reporting.
Handling taxation reporting, audit, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary.
Responsible in Group’s internal and external reporting requirement as well as Group Finance’s office tasks assigned.
Responsible for Cash Flow and Banking matters.
Assist in on-going review, implementing and monitoring of accounting and financial policies and procedures incorporating internal controls.
Improvise daily operational functions of the department whenever is necessarily.
Aptitude for problem solving and ability to work independently and as a team.
Able to meet deadlines for monthly submissions and settlement of accounts.
Able to interpret and perform financial analysis.
Others – any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time-to-time.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Finance/ Accountancy/Banking and/or ACCA/CPA holders.
Possess strong knowledge in Consolidated Financial Statements and Cash Flow Projection.
Required language : English
Multi-tasking, experience in document control and organisation skills.
Able to work under tight schedules, pressure and long hours everyday.
Must be responsible on own duties and complete the job given on time.
