The Daily Suites Hotel is currently looking to recruit the following positions:

SALES & MARKETING OTA asst MANAGER
The Hotel OTA manager should prepare a Competitive analysis, Compare Rates (on-line), Review GDS displays, OTA (Online Travel Agent) rates etc.
• For specially contracted and negotiated rate agreements, the setting of rates should be a fluid process with sufficient flexibility to act and react to current and future market conditions.
• Consistently and efficient in managing rates according to room occupancy and festive period.
• Pricing of the hotel rooms should change at any time when required and should be based on the following:
0. Occupancy of the hotel.
0. Average Length of stay.
0. Profit objectives.
0. Supply of product in the market.
0. Area or City demand.
0. Season ( Peak, Valley and Shoulder).
0. Number of Guaranteed room nights.
0. Price / value relationship
0. Competition’s pricing.
• All rate changes and revisions must be agreed upon by the OPERATION Manager
• Once approved, it is the responsibility of the Revenue manager or Reservation Manager to load the new rates into the Hotel Property Management System (PMS), Channel Manager, OTA’s and GDS.
• Internal communication need to be send to advise all the appropriate parties within the Hotel about the new rate change.

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Manager specialized in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.

Accounts Manager
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): fast learner, meticulous
Preferably Manager specialized in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
Checking report and to create profit and loss monthly
Ensure expenses is paid promptly and smooth accounting flow for all accounts
Ensure all rents , bills date payment is on track
Ensure to check Reports for all operations branches promptly
Ensure to make prompt credit transfers from OTA and to ensure report is matching on amount received
Prepare payroll, claims etc
Prepare company budget reporting and cashflow
Reconciles bank statements.
Prepare wire transfer confirmations for reimbursable invoices.
Verify if credit card service charge is billed correctly for all credit card transactions.
Reviewing all ledger details guest ledger, city ledger and deposit ledgers to validate proper payment and revenue posting.
If any imbalance or difference found on the ledger then co-ordinate with the PMS team to resolving the same.
Review the postings, payments, revenue and guest balance reports on a daily basis.
Ensure correct taxation are applied on all billing software like Property Management systems (PMS), Point of Sale (POS) and SPA software’s.
Maintains accounting databases by entering data into the accounting program.
Perform follow up billing and credit collection documentation and inform controller of any potential uncollected accounts
Assist with analyzing financial statements on a monthly basis and report any variances to the concerned department heads.
Assist with financial and tax audits.
Assist with preparing tax returns and corporate reporting requirements.
Assist the financial Controller with systems administration, G/L account reconciliation, budget preparations, inventories, monthly closings and full P & L responsibility.
