Bhd.(THHR), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tabung Haji Malaysia, has been identified as the company to spearhead Tabung Haji’s business involvement in the hospitality and services sector, both nationally and internationally. TH HOTEL & RESIDENCE is currently looking to recruit the following positions:

SENIOR EXECUTIVE, FINANCE
Lembaga Tabung Haji (TH) Group is seeking for a dynamic, driven, agile and meticulous talent to join one of its Group companies as “Senior Executive, Finance” within the TH Group Shared Services Division.

Job responsibilities:
Preparation of timely and accurate data for monthly/quarterly/yearly Group statutory, financial and management reporting in accordance with the Companies Act, Accounting Standards, Income Tax Act and TH accounting policies
Liaison with finance operations department to support Group financial and management reporting
Preparation of detailed and accurate CAPEX and OPEX control sheet
Monthly closing of AP, AR and GL entries
Preparation of schedules required on monthly basis including provision and prepayment and passing necessary entries to update the accounts
Liaison with auditors, tax agents, bankers and stakeholders – continuous communication for effective statutory and obligatory reporting
Preparation of balance sheet items reconciliations including intercompany and bank reconciliation
Preparation of Group budget planning
Maintain and records all finance related documentation

Job requirements:
At least Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Business Administration major in Finance or Professional Qualification (ACCA/CPA/MICPA/ICAEW etc) or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of experience in Financial Accounting/Management Reporting/Audit and/or related field
Familiar with accounting software and proficient in MS Office (Words, Excel)
Exposure to hospitality industry is a significant advantage, although not mandatory

Candidates must possess:
Excellent communication skills – fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English.
Excellent interpersonal skills – analytical, critical-thinker and problem solver, commercial savvy with management and leadership skills.
Multi-tasker, with the ability to prioritize tasks and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Able to perform assigned tasks and responsibilities in a timely and cost-effective manner while delivering outstanding value

Attractive remuneration package is offered. The successful applicant shall be based in Klang Valley, with the required mobility to move between Menara TH Tun Razak and other subsidiary companies.

MANAGER, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY MANAGEMENT
Lembaga Tabung Haji (TH) Group is seeking for a dynamic, driven, agile and high-quality talent to join one of its Group companies as “Manager, Information Technology (IT) Management (Manager, IT)” within the TH Group Shared Services Division.

Job responsibilities:
Formulate and implement IT strategic planning (IT roadmap);
Coordinate, plan and lead computer-related activities, which includes analysing current systems and assets and subsequently determine and recommend the solutions of the Company (systems upgrading and training, if needed);
Lead in construction, maintaining, and ownership for organization IT policy including Business Continuity Plan (BCP), Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP), operational policy, security policy, backup policy, IT compliance and regulations etc;
Oversee the annual IT budget and ensure cost effectiveness;
Monitor daily operations, including server hardware, software, and operating systems;
Coordinate technology installations, upgrades, and maintenance;
Select and purchase new and replacement hardware and software, when necessary;
Test, troubleshoot and modify information systems so that they operate effectively;
Assure all IT activities are performed within the parameters of applicable laws, codes, and regulations;
Evaluate technology risks in order to develop a network disaster recovery plan and backup procedures;
Remain up to date with advances in technology and industry best practices.

Job requirements:
At least Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology and Engineering Computers or equivalent
Minimum 7 years of experience in IT operations and/or related field, with experience of leading and managing IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures
Excellent working knowledge of computer systems/networks, network and systems administration, network installation, databases and data storage systems and phone systems
Proficient in computer hardware, cabling installation and support, wireless technology applications and interface, and IT security
Proficient in Microsoft Windows software, including Server, Office, and Exchange
Exposure to hospitality industry is an advantage, although not mandatory

Lembaga Tabung Haji (TH) Group is seeking for a dynamic, driven, agile and high-quality talent to join one of its Group companies as “Manager, Human Resource (Manager, HR)” within the TH Group Shared Services Division.

Job responsibilities:
Monitor the administration and execution of staff movement to be updated on timely manner i.e. expiry of contract, confirmation, transfer, resignation, retirement and to ensure the execution and documentations are in accordance to policies and procedures
Strategically plan, drive and lead effective execution of recruitment, sourcing and selection processes and to ensure the processes are within the approved policies and requirements
Identify the most effective and efficient human capital requirements and structure based on the approved business and operational plan
Conduct and review cost benefit analysis in recruitment strategies to ensure the most cost efficient and effective methodologies applied
Ensure remuneration package offered based on Company’s reward policy and review the package from time to time to ensure the competitive rate against market/industry average
Ensure the payment of salary, overtime and other allowances, as well as monthly deduction and payment to statutory bodies are paid on time
Custodian of the recruitment and headcount budget and industrial & employee relations matters i.e. Conflict of Interest policy, Code of Conduct
Represent the Company in dealing with government agencies, lawyers, third parties with regards to IR matters
Coordinates all training programs, and assigns the authority/responsibility of Human Resources and managers within those programs
Develops the effective succession plan for the key management position
Leads the implementation of the performance management system that includes performance development plans and staff development programs
Reviews training and education need annually – Training Need Analysis (TNA) and prepare annual training plan based on the TNA

Job requirements:
At least Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration/ Finance/Law or other related field
Minimum 10 years of working experience in human resource field, including industrial relations (IR) matters
Familiar with Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act 1967 and other related laws and guidelines under Ministry of Human Resources
Exposure to hospitality industry is a significant advantage, although not mandatory

Candidates must possess:
Excellent communication skills – highly fluent in both Bahasa Melayu and English.
