SALES COORDINATOR
Requirements & Responsibilities :

At least 2 years of working experience in Sales Administration in a hotel industry is required for this position
Provides secretarial supports to the Sales & Marketing Corporate Managers and departmental ad-hoc duties
Handle all incoming calls / telephone inquiries and follow up with the respective sales staff concerned
Print daily reports
Support standard administrative matters for Sales & Marketing department
Administration support to department Corporate Managers in:
Prepare Corporate, Proposal and Confirmation letters
Generate Proforma invoice
Filling and prepare group information for other department for reference
Assist to reply emails to clients and enquiries for Sales Managers
Other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned
Circulative of documents
Attends meetings and training whenever required

Director of Sales / Assistant Director of Sales
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required (optional)
Requires advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the sales/marketing/hospitality profession
Minimum five years of sales and marketing in the hotel industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and property management systems.
Command of the English language both written and verbal
Strong media, presentation and computer skills

Responsibilities
Prepares Sales Reports and annual Sales & Marketing Plan
Creates an effective Sales Programs that will increase awareness and positive perception of the Hotel, its activities, culinary services, and personnel.
Knowledge of travel industry, current market trends and economic factors
Ability to access, understand and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system.
Assist Managing Director in preparation of the marketing, advertising, sales plans, programs and annual budget; manages within approved plans and budgets
Develop rates, group sales deployment strategies through review of competitive data, demand analysis and mix management.
Ability to effectively listen, communicate and perform diplomacy with internal and external customers and staff in all situations.
Ability to stand and move throughout the hotel property and continuously perform essential job functions.
Develop awareness and reputation of the hotel and the brand in the local community
Direct and manage all group, transient, and banquet sales activities to maximize revenue for the hotel.
Prepare, implement and compile data for the strategic sales plan, monthly reports, annual goals, sales and marketing budget, forecasts and other reports as directed/required.

Requirement & Responsibilities
Preferably Managers specializing in Sales – Corporate or equivalent
Personal presentation with warm and hospitable personality
Own transportation
Candidate must prepared to work long hours and to work on weekends/public holidays (if required)
Responsible to develop and foster business through pro-active direct sales, marketing, telemarketing, direct mail, appointment calls and tour of the hotel
Develop action plans to drive sales and achieve personal sales revenue budgets
Identify new markets and business opportunities. Acquiring and developing new business accounts and preparing sales proposals for clients
Build relationships with existing and new clients to ensure future bookings
Evaluate and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports as recommended by the Management
Finding and developing new sales and market opportunities to expand current market and increase sales volume
Perform other duties as requested by management
Maintain high level of clients satisfaction with accountability and follow up

Sports & Recreations Manager
Qualifications :

Diploma/Degree in any relevant field
Minimum 5 Years related experience, or equivalent combination of both education and experience
Possesses leadership and motivational/ coaching skills
Must be energetic, enthusiastic self-starter who is able to work efficiently in a team environment independently
Command good organizational, interpersonal, communication and time management skills
Well knowledge and manageable on Sea Sport Activities (Jetski, Kayak and Boats), and outdoors sports (ATV).

Responsibilities:

Plans, organizes and directs a broad program of public recreation activities and the operation and use of recreational facilities
Prepares and administers general fund budgets Recreation Division Facilities and programs Monitors budget expenditures and revenue collection in all areas.
Performs public relations duties and services as technical advisor to citizens, boards, commissions and other departments and organizations.
Directs the marketing of the recreation operation, programs and facilities through attractive publications, web sites, press releases and social networking.
Determines present and future programs and facilities needs, as well as goals and objects for the Recreations division.
Investigates and responds to inquiries and complaints relating to citizen use of recreation programs and activities.
Directs the research, analysis and preparation of special reports, studies and surveys.
Recommends recreation services policies and procedures, programs and fees.
Supervises and manages associate’s personnel. Established, performance measures for subordinates and evaluates performance against these standards or measures.
Stay abreast of new trends in the field of parks and recreation.
Assist in team building and tele-match activities for guests.
Maintain safety inspection and exercise administrative. Oversight of division facilities, equipment and repair to ensure security, safety, inventory controls and ensure facilities are maintained in a sanitary and attractive condition.
Establish and maintains effective communication with other departments.
– To conduct interviewing, evaluating, counselling, training and retraining accordance to standard operating procedures.
Is responsible for preparing daily scheduling for all Sea Sports and Recreations staffs
To monitor an efficient roster system (duty roster of the associates).
To assist in identifying training needs, developing and implementing training and retraining session.
Maintains “open door” communication for Sea Sports and Recreations associates.
To conduct briefing with Sea Sports and Recreations associates regularly.
Assist with the handling of guest complaints and requests in a prompt and efficient manner.
To come out with a weekly weekend activity for the guest.
Submit Monthly Reports e.g Attendances, Overtimes, Training and Room productivity Report and others reporting report.

Finance Manager

PURPOSE
Finance Manager is the key players within accounting departments. With their knowledge of company finances, they help senior management understand the financial impact of real-time decisions to ensure the fiscal success of the business. Responsible of financial accounting, preparation, reporting, analysis, budgetting, project management and to establishes and enforces the accounting principles based on statutory requirements and auditing policy. The key role is to focus on immediate financial issues and management.

SUMMARY
Work with the Operations/General/Resort Manager to provide full and accurate forecasting and budgeting proposals within the hotel. Assist Heads of the Department to improve their financial awareness and provide them with relevant financial information for their operations.

QUALIFICATIONS
Accounting or Finance or minimum of four years’ experience in hospitality accounting preferred
Relevant degree in Accounting
Hotel industry experience preferred
Previous supervisory experience
Excellent organizations skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
Reliable oral and written communication skills
Strong computer skills and knowledge in accounting software applications specifically Microsoft Excel
Ability to communicate effectively with guests, to all other departments and interdepartmentally while working calmly and effectively in stressful situations
Punctual, dependable and dedicated to achieving operational excellence
Discreet, ethical and committed to maintaining a high degree of confidentiality
Exceptional guest service skills focused on a consistently high service delivery
Willingness to take ownership and responsibility

RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversees internal, external and regulatory audit processes and ensures compliance.
Orients department managers to the accounting function and coaches to effectively manage their departments financial performance.
On a regular basis reviews the payroll and daily deposits for accuracy.
Insure proper preparation of all journal entries for closing each accounting period.
Reconcile bank accounts monthly and Credit Card accounts daily.
Prepare and file all taxes as required
Prepare monthly account reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts.
Maintain all contracts, leases and other legal and financial records.
Implement and support property accounting policies and procedures.
Operate in compliance with federal laws and government regulations.
Communicate clearly with all staff, team meetings and participate in daily manager meetings.
Ensures department and property goals are achieved through effective communication, leadership and motivation.
Meets with department regularly to ensure an open line of communication, encourage employee morale and problem solve any employee issues.
Lead by example and be accountable for the performance of the team.
Cross-train staff to build a self-sustaining work group
Complete employee performance appraisals in a timely manner and utilize for feedback, growth and career planning
Develop and maintain professional departmental service standards
Monitor the grooming standards of all staff
Coaching and counselling as needed to ensure the highest level of execution and performance by all staff members
Preparation of the operational budgets and forecast.
To ensure that the P&L is accurate (i.e., costs are properly matched to revenue, costs are recorded in the proper accounts) and statements are delivered to appropriate individuals in a timely manner.
Coordinate cash management needs to include reviewing actual and projected cash flow reporting monthly.

Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the General/Resort Manager
