Swiss-Garden International (SGI) was established in 1991 as a hotel operator to manage hotels for OSK Group and a hotel management company to assist hotel owners with their third-party managed hotels.

SGI currently manages and operates 10 hotels and resorts with an inventory of over 2,000 guestrooms. Swiss-Garden International has an owner-focused approach to driving financial returns from hotel investments.

SGI undertakes management projects in Malaysia and have plans to expand within the Asia Pacific region.

Swiss-Garden International Hotels, Resorts & Inns Hotel is currently looking to recruit the following positions:


Under the general guidance and management of the Regional Sales – Director of Sales; and within established guidelines of SGI’s policies and procedures; the Regional Sales, Sales Executive to take an active role in increasing the number of sales in the hotel/s.


Developing SAMP
To work on 12 months Annual Planner account management.
Monthly Planner and submission of weekly planner sales activities on weekly basis
Open Cardex
Upon completion of sales activities, sales associate required to raise a cardex and contact sheet for updating and reports of the activity.
Identify new contacts and developing sales leads
Updating GSR (Group Status Report) for business lead
Ensuring enquiries / lead become confirmed business
Upselling where possible
Producing written quotation/proposals and confirmation (if any)
Checking on customer’s satisfaction and resolving any issues to ensure repeat business
To complete and follow thru any special project or assignment assigned.


Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process.
Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to act independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent computer skills (including, but not limited to, Accounting Programs and Microsoft Office).
Well organised and cautious about details.
Comfortable in dealing with all levels of people.
Flexible and open minded for new and/or alternative solutions.
