Sutera Sanctuary Lodges is currently looking to recruit the following positions:

SALES MANAGER
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
Required language(s): English
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Proven strong markets network
Innovative and creative Sales & Marketing strategy
Well-versed with both International and Local Market
Exposure in both local and international trade shows
Excellent Leadership
Analytical Skill, Self-Motivated, Result-driven
Preferably with experience as Senior Managers specializing in Tourism related products

Job Descriptions
Responsible for Corporate, Goverment and Travel Agent Room/ events Sales for the hotel.
Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.
Represent Hotels in various events and exhibition.
Implements all sales action plans related to my market areas as outlined in the marketing plan.
Conducts daily sales calls and arrange site inspection trips to hotels by corporate clients.
Executes and supports the operational aspects of business booked (e.g. CVGR, generating proposal, Corporate Rate Application letter, writing contract, customer correspondence).
Work closely with Director of Sales & Marketing to ensure proposed rate negotiations meet the financial needs of the hotels.
Develop strong relationships with on property front office team to ensure working in unity and always striving to achieve the same goals.
Assess additional training needs based on data gathered and interaction with sales team from property visits.
Attending all department and hotel meetings as necessary.
Targeting key accounts potential for the company.
Closely following up on all business leads within a 24 hour response time line to clients

Marketing Communication (MARCOM) Manager or Executive
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
Required language(s): English
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Excellent verbal and written skills in English
Pleasant personality, presentable and with good interpersonal skills
Able to initiates development and implementation of marketing plans
Have sound exposure/knowledge in branding
Analytical Skill
Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Sales – Corporate or equivalent.

Job Descriptions
Implements all sales action plans related to his/her market areas as outlines in the Marketing Plan.
Attends major corporate & travel functions (i.e. trade shows, promotional events) that deal specifically with his/her market areas and any other responsibilities that may be assigned by the General Manager.
Plans local sales account management, sales trips under the direct supervision of the Director of Sales/Sales Manager to major and potential accounts within his/her specific market areas. Reports to the Director of Sales on potential market coverage.
Provides feedback to Director of Sales on changing market conditions, including trends of competition, as a results of direct sales solicitation, telephone, direct mail and e-mail, in his/her market areas.
Arranges familiarization/site inspection trips to hotels by major and potential clients.
Maintains a high level of exposure for the hotel in major market areas through direct sales solicitation, telephone, fax, e-mail contacts and written communications.
Event – produce detailed proposals for events (for example, timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets);
Organizes (both internal and external) Public Relations activities.
Prepares and selects all printed literature, sales tools, Hotel give-away.
Maintains contacts with professional people, members of the press and media and any other persons who are clients or potential clients of the hotel.
Responsible for development, creation and maintenance of marketing / publicity / PR collateral’s and e-marketing communications programmers.
