Below are the list of vacancies available from StarCity Hotel this month 2020.
StarCity Hotel is currently looking to recruit the following positions:
ADMIN & ACCOUNTS MANAGER
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Ability to converse in Mandarin or Hokkien is an added advantage.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Manager specialized in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
Must be able to do a full set accounts.
Direct the preparation of financial statements, internal accounting schedules & various management financial reports, including the preparation, analysis & interpretation of forecasts concerning asset activity in relation to planned performance.
Establish annual plan to provide outline of future hotel activity. This includes the preparation of short & long range forecasts, analysis of data & projection of future overhead rates. Develop operating budgets for overhead cost control.
Develop & administer cost accounting systems. Initiate procedures & direct the taking & costing of physical inventories. Maintain accurate inventory records.
Ensure invoices are sent to debtors on a timely basis. Protect cash flow by keeping outstanding debts to a minimum & taking advantage of credit terms supplied by creditors.
Assist hotel management & development by training in the interpretation of financial reports, controlling expenses, forecasting & planned.
