Shangri-La Shared Services Sdn. Bhd. (CEPT-KL) is currently looking to recruit the following positions:
Executive, Business Performance Analytics
The Business Performance Analytics Executive shall ensure all business analytics activities from data extraction up to visualization are executed, implemented and carried out in a timely and professional manner
You are responsible for (but not limited to):
Driving the consolidation, standardization and consistency of reporting and analytics across multiple businesses and organizations
Providing business intelligence reporting for various teams across the organization
Daily, weekly, monthly review and updates to key performance metrics
Simplifying complex data into easy to comprehend analysis
Identifying and communicating anomalies in performance and proposed solutions
Creating complex excel macros(VBA) and reporting tools to enable timely and accurate process alignment, reporting and analysis
Challenging existing processes to further enhance and automate reporting efforts through process improvement initiatives
Building on current reporting to provide further intelligence
Providing leading indicators for potential performance gaps
Adjusting and customizing presentations for intended audience
Creating a systematic and repeatable approach to report creation and data audits
Ongoing data validation and quality control checks
Other duties as required and assigned
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combinations of relevant work experience
2 years of relevant reporting and/or analysis experience
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VBA scripting, modeling, macros, advanced formulas)
Proficiency in Qliksense/Qlikview/Tableau & SQL or other visualization tool is an added advantage.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to think methodically, reason, embrace concepts, formulate insights, and present compelling cases for action and/or arguments
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within deadlines
Ability to to communicate in Mandarin is preferable as dealing with China counterparts
Customer Service Executive

You are empowered in ensuring our guest’s stay with Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts is above and beyond expectation.
You will be led by a dedicated Team Leader, developing you and making sure that you are consistently able to deliver excellence customer service while dealing with guest on their reservations, and servicing our Loyalty Program guest.
You report directly to the Team Leader of our customer contact centre.
Excellent spoken and written English is essential.
Ability to converse & write in Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, Japanese, Arabic OR French will be an advantage as we serve international market
Preferably minimum 1 year experience in call centre operations, customer service, travel agency or hotel reservations
Willing to work on shift rotation (24 hours operations). Earliest shifts starts at 7AM and some shift ends at 2AM/3AM or overnight shift from 10PM to 7AM. Off day can be on weekdays/weekends.
Computer literate and internet savvy. Fidelio OPERA experience is an added advantage
Flexible to changes and has sense of urgency
Can work under pressure and deliver on set goals

Pleasant personally with good communication, organization and call handling skills

1 year contract – Team Leader / Executive Corporate Tele-Sales
How would you lead a Telesales team in a high paced to excel? At Shangri-La Customer Engagement & Process Transformation Kuala Lumpur, Corporate Sales- Leads Generation Assistant Manager pair good leadership skills with a passion for excellent sales and getting things done effectively. You will be responsible in contacting the prospect to attract and convert their interest to our Corporate Business team.
In this unique position, you encourage, provide focus and support your team to achieve their goals. You create a fun and safe working environment, analyze, plan and troubleshoot work activities. You nurture talent and lead by understanding your people.
Our multilingual Contact Centre team provides dedicated assistance and advocacy to delight our guests every time by creating engaging experience straight from their hearts. Together with your team you find solutions, formulate new ideas and embrace changes. Your team consists of around ONE (1) Executive. You will lead the exec and together consistently achieve targeted sales revenue.
You report directly to the Head of Corporate Sales based in HQ (Hong Kong) .
Diploma or equivalent
Preferably 3 years of supervisory experience in contact centre in a telesales work environment.
Experience as Supervisor/ Team Lead or similar positions.
Ability to use MS Office Applications
Possess a sales oriented mind-set with good handling skills to manage challenging issues
Independent and self-motivated
Good team player and be able to collaborate with other members of the team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent decision making and analytic skills
6 months contract (Renewable/ Covertible to Permanent)- subject to perfomance
