Sales Manager
Samadhi Retreats has great opportunities in Kuala Lumpur to help a career-minded individual to build a hospitality career. As our company continues to grow both locally and internationally, we are now looking for Sales Managers to join our sales team.

We are looking for a dynamic go-getter who has the ability to lead charismatically, always finding new ways to improve the sales team and has a passion for sustainability. The successful candidate isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and do what must be done to get the job done (go the extra mile)!

The Sales Manager will manage accounts, solicit past and new business to ensure all revenue goals are achieved or exceeded across the Group’s restaurants portfolio. The Sales Manager will develop and facilitate business from markets within and outside of Malaysia, by meeting with potential clients, making presentations and developing contacts.

Job Responsibilities
Conduct bi weekly sales team meetings (Mon and Fri) to assess goals for the week and outcomes
Manage the sales team’s day-to-day activities
Assist in closing deals and continuous coaching of the sales team
Ensure that the CRM (Hubspot) is being updated and used at all times and leads are being followed up regularly and opened quickly
Ensure that the company events Google Calendars are kept up to date
To follow and maintain current SOPs
Acquires referrals from current clients
Represents the group at trade shows and business networking events
Sets up exhibits that involves physical set up
Conducts surveys and studies the market place and territories in order to capitalise on the group’s strengths
Maintains actively open communication with all co-workers
Collate and present monthly sales reports to management

Job Requirements
Should have Hubspot CRM/similar CRM experience
Must know how to use Google Calendars
Must be fluent with Microsoft Office
Must have at least 3 years’ experience as a manager and 5 years’ experience in sales
Maximizes revenue by selling all facets of the group
Maintains and keeps accurate sales records and reports
Travels both locally and internationally to conduct outside sales calls to promote the group
Prepares information for sales meeting, meets with and entertains clients
Has the ability to communicate with customers in a friendly, positive and professional manner
Prior hospitality sales experience preferred
Manage a sales team in two countries
