PULLMAN KUALA LUMPUR CITY CENTRE HOTEL & RESIDENCES Hotel is currently looking to recruit the following positions:

BUSINESS ANALYST
Job Responsibilities:-
Establish a consolidated reporting of a perimeter while ensuring in particular the technical validity of the information and the relevance of management analysis.
Centralize and manage financial information from subsidiaries.
Ensuring the reliability of reportings and respect standards group.
To achieve a genuine work of financial analysis and suggest areas for improvement.
Engaging in operational issues of entities and listening to their concerns about consolidation.
Ensure a technological watch (standards, regulations and impact of developments) and contribute repeatedly to strengthen the process (quality of consolidation, management deadlines.

Job Requirements:- ​
Diploma in Accounting or related Accounting professional qualification.
Minimum 3 years relevant working experience.
Able to work with minimum supervision
Possess good written and communication skills.
Knowledge of SUN Accounting software.

CREDIT MANAGER
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accounting and equivalent.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position and preferable from the hotel industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to work in pressure and with minimum supervision.

Job Responsibilities:
To report an aged analysis of accounts receivable of all outstanding accounts as well as problematic accounts including collection status and recommendations.
To review all credit and collection related problems at the monthly credit control committee meeting.
To work closely with credit card companies in regard to procedures, credit limit and cancellation bulletins.
To work closely with all operating departments and sections of the Finance Department which have a bearing on credit management, offering advice and assistance on matters related to credit.
To coordinate the workflow between credit control and accounts receivable section to ensure that these sections complement each other.
To inform Front Office Manager of any deviations from the policy by Assistant Managers and Front Office Assistants.
To resolve dispute billings or guest’s queries.
