Oakwood Hotel & Residence Kuala Lumpur is currently looking to recruit the following positions:
Responsible to manage overall marketing and communication programs or activities in line with Oakwood Corporate Strategies and brand standards.
Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing including our marketing database, email and display advertising.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
To align the creative direction for the brand and all aspects in line with the Corporate Marketing and guidelines
Create and produce artwork for advertisement, brochures, signage, banner, poster and flyers etc.
Handling in contents, photos and relevant information to the Company Website, Facebook and Social Media Applications.
Plan, execute and coordinate a variety of marketing, promotion to develop Company brand
Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry
Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service, quotas and target audience.
Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways and other digital projects.
Performs other duties, which may be assigned by the Head of Department from time to time.
Assistant Revenue Manager
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and maintain a high performance of communication and support relating to business and training opportunity with the hotel.
Ensure the revenue teams are aware of all targets and are kept informed of performance result.
Establish effective working relationships with operations team. Audit operating standards and procedures in all revenue areas including rooms, food & beverage and other operating departments to ensure revenue maximization.
Analyze and give recommendations on yielding revenue with emphasis on cancellations and turn down business.
Analyze key account production, identify accounts that fall short of guaranteed room nights as per pricing grid, identify and bring to attention accounts that are producing less than target / last year.
Analyze competitors’ activities and pricing strategies in both rooms and food & beverage. Produce relevant reports to support revenue decisions.
Research and implement special revenue projects designated by Director of Sales & Marketing.
Provide KPIs analysis to drive overall hotel’s profitability.
Maximizing revenue opportunities in CRS & GDS with data from subscribed reports and market intelligence.
Complete the month end reports.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Manager specialized in Reservation, Revenue in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
