We are seeking highly-motivated individuals to join us.

Oakwood Hotel & Residence Kuala Lumpur is currently looking to recruit the following positions:

To ensure a smooth daily opening and closing of the F&B Outlets and Private Dining Service with the briefings of the staff at the start of every shift.
To ensure that the buffet is spread out in order for all meals.
To assist the restaurant manager in his day-to-day duties.
To impart knowledge to junior level staff in all respects and enhance the quality of service and up sell.
To ensure that there is no pilferage by the junior staff.
To take daily inventory including for bar and report any loss or damage.
Reduce, control and record breakage of material and equipment.
To ensure timely requisitioning of materials from the stores and maintaining the records for the same.
To ensure cleanliness and maintain the general upkeep of all the equipment and facilities in coordination with the housekeeping and engineering regarding the cleaning and maintenance schedules.
To ensure that all private dining orders are served and cleared on a timely basis.
To handle guest complaints and feedbacks effectively and communicate to the immediate supervisor for follow up.
To check the cash float and handle all the cash transactions undertaken in the restaurant in course of operations and organized transfer of the cash to the reception cashier.
Maintains the table culture and restaurant ambience at all times.
The list is not limited to the above-mentioned activities and the associate is expected to perform other duties and projects as assigned by the Restaurant Manager or the Management.

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
