We are local based company in East Malaysia where we own and operate hotels. Our current hotel in Kota Kinabalu is going extensive renovation and rebranding, and we encourage young and dynamic candidates to join us to launch this exciting property. The size of the hotel is about 108 rooms. We expect our new identity to bring Sabah’s mid segment hospitality into a whole new level.

King Park Hotel Hotel is currently looking to recruit the following positions:
Human Resource and Admin Assistant
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): computer, excel, word
Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
Knowledge with local employment regulations/Sabah Labour Ordinance/Employment Act/Industrial Relation Act/Employer Taxation and any other statutory act that is deem applicable is required
Good language skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Additional ability to converse in local dialect or Mandarin will be an added advantage
Independent, disciplined and have a high degree of confidentiality and integrity
A strong team player with good people management, proactive, resourceful and possess great communication skills
Familiar with Expatriates & Foreign Workers work permit will be added advantage
Job scope: To assist Hotel Manager to manage the Human Resource Department, including but not limited to Staffing, Recruitment, managing manpower allocation and planning, compensation and benefits, employee relation, industrial relation, learning and development and others. Constantly review HR processes and employment practices to be aligned within organization’s business needs and local statutory requirement
