Job Description

Job Responsibility:
  • The Water Park Manager is placed accountable for the entire park operational & none operation matters.
  • Standards duties outline for the manager & its responsibilities are listed below and all duties stated below must be adhered with accordingly.
  • Manager shall take full responsibilities for all activities in the park.
  • To be responsible for licensing of all facilities in the park including all application, submission, renewal, permit and approval.
  • Understand all safety procedures requirements and must adhere with all by laws.
  • Planning and forecasting park future growth.
  • Identifying and understand the park strong and weak area and formulate the selling position and create perspective to gain grounds, capitalizing on the bargaining power on the corporate clienteles as well as individual.
  • Constantly monitoring the daily activities and advise the management for any changes in trend and style and any proposals must be justified and support with facts and figure & seek approval before implementation, no changes can be done without prior approval.
  • Monitor park sales activities, conduct regular discussions with the sales and marketing department in order to boost sales.
  • Understand the entire park safety and operational procedures.
  • Able to activate and deactivate the entire park operating facilities.
  • To ensure all safety equipment and appliance in the park are in good and operating condition at all time.
Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services/Theme Park Management or equivalent.
  • Attractive allowance are provided such as petrol, meal and handphone allowances.
  • Applicant must be willing to work in Shah Alam
