Job Description

• Handling all Guest Related issues including feed backs & complaint, escalate it to the higher level if required to obtain remedial conclusions
• Able to operate Ticketing System
• Able to give accurate information and ability to solve customer issues
• Assist with Wristbands Tickets to be banded up on the guest’s wrist neatly and firmly prior them to proceed into the Park.
• Assist in Guest Bag Check for not allowing Outside Food & Beverages is to be carried out
• Scanning Wristbands at Turnstile will allow the guests to come into the Park. A full training will be provided by the Supervisor on how to operate the Turnstiles and the Controllers.
• All Lost & Found reported items is to be send over to Guest Services for safekeeping and will be handed over to the Manager / Assistant Manager at the end of the day for safekeeping if not claimed by the original owner.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when necessary
•  SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent
