Job Description
The Tenant management person will be stationed at the site office and manage the site office and tenant communications. The person will also arrange and schedule any fixup needed for the property. Also to work with the building management office to submit and coordinate the fixup of the defects.
Location: KOTA DAMANSARA
1. Handle tenant communication and able to properly explain & enforce the rules to tenants.
2. Coordinate. schedule and follow up fixup & maintenance (plumber/contractors/electrician etc) to fixup any defects in property
3. Ensure work done properly and communicated properly to the tenants
We are looking for highly motivated, hardworking, good in speaking/communicating with people. Must be team player and good with coordinating work. Detailed and goal oriented. Have own transport and willing to travel between property locations.
Able to start work Immediately
Experience in any handling tenants/guests (Hotel industry/logistics) preferred
