Requirements

  • 1-2 years related working experience.
  • Basic school education secondary level or Diploma.
  • Proficient in handling tools.
  • Able to work as a team.
  • Can deliver results as required.
  • Willing to work on shift and public holidays.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform journeyman level Painter work in the construction, repair and renovation of floors, roofs, stairways, partitions, door window and verbal instructions.
  • Install glass in windows, door and partitions; replace damaged ceiling and floor tile and other damaged equipment.
  • Operate woodworking equipment and machine to saw, plane, and drill or mortise lumber, for doors, cabinets, shelves, and related fixtures; cut mortise for locks.
  • Estimate amount of required lumber and supplies for projects; select the type of lumber and Material necessary.
  • Inspect completed work and direct any rework or modification.
  • Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
  • Upon receiving defect M&E and rectified the first feedback on occupied guest room or public area, you are required to response by 3 (Three minute) to 5 (Five minute) Frame.
  • Attend to emergency breakdown of plumbing, electrical, mechanical equipment.
  • Responsible of cleanliness of their work place workshop, guest room, and public areas during and after completion of work.
  • Responsible for replacement and repair of bathroom accessories.
  • Report immediately to Resident Engineer / Assistant Chief Engineer / Executive / Supervisor of any M&E breakdown and attend to it.
  • All times cleaning any black mark at Wall, ceiling after completed any assignment.
  • To record and log in book daily basis report after assignment and every 6 months performance review by Assistant Maintenance Manager.
  • To carry out sanding / varnishing / painting to all wood furniture and walls

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
