• Supervisor (Public Area - Cleaning)

Job Summary

Responsible to manage and supervise a number of cleaners and to make sure that the building that one supervise is always in clean and good condition without any hazard that could injure the customers. Besides that, to make sure the staff are using the proper equipment for a specific things.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Responsible for the cleanliness of the public areas, toilets & other mall premise to create maximum comfort for all customers.
• Manage & supervise the crew of cleaning
• Allocates and assigns locations for cleaning to facility service crew of cleaning
• Inspects on a regular basis work being performed by the cleaning crew
• Reports & follows up on all cleaning work order accordingly
• Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays

Qualifications and Skills

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field or Certificate in British Institute of Cleaning
• At least 1 years of working experience in supervising housekeeping of building, cleaning industry or hotel
• Ability to handle cleaning machines (Scrubbing, Buffing, Ride-on, etc & familiar with cleaning chemicals
• Good leadership skills and able to lead a team
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Hands-on and results oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM1,200.00 - RM1,600.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

Experience:

• Public Area Cleaning: 1 year (Preferred)
