Job Description

Job Scope:

• Monitor & Manage Daily Routine Hotel Operation
• Logistic routes arrangement
• Monitor the Daily Operation Quality
• Planning for the continuous improvement on Daily Operation
• Manage the cleaning assignment of Housekeeping team, from assignment to completion
• Responsible for minor Maintenance & Repair assignment & provide solution to support the front-end team
• Manage the monthly operation costing

Requirement:

• Able to work overtime
• Able to Travelling (KL & Melaka)
• Able to handle additional works & responsible that not listed above
• Good in Problem-Solving Skill, able to solve the problems independent without have in Standard Operating Process(SOP)
• Good Attitude, Positive Influencer
• Able to Work on Weekend, Public Holiday
• High Discipline needed, daily report to superior
