Job Description

• To promote products & services (accomodation, functions room) provided by the company.

• Maintain good relationship with new potential & existing customers.

• Manage the full processes of function /event from enquiry to the end.

• Work closely with Hotel Operation team to ensure smooth events.

• Execute prompt service recovery when unexpected challenge arises.

• To conduct hotel site inspection /FAM trip & technical meeting for potential & existing customers as & when required.

• Any duties assigned from time to time.
