Job Description

• The Room Attendant is responsible for, but not limited to, the high standard of cleanliness throughout the rooms in the floors and all areas related to it.
• Ensure that all rooms are inviting and clean and they address all guest queries politely and knowledgeably.
• Provide a pleasant and comfortable experience for guests. 

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/SPM/”O” level
• Entry level candidates who specializes in Hotel Management or equivalent would have an added advantage
• Minimum 1 year hands on experience in a similar capacity or equivalent, preferably in the service industry
• Ability to communicate fairly in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Willing to work shift duties
• Hard working with initiative, confident, responsible and committed to the job
