Job Description
Our client is a large and dynamic hospitality group offering upscale services.Currently it is seeking a Regional Talent Acquisition Manager to join their team. The successful candidates will have 2 person reporting to him/her. This position requires you to hire the candidates that will be based in the resorts.
Descriptions
- Manages the recruitment for resorts
- Manages the on boarding and off boarding program
- Manages the budget of recruitment
- Identify staff skills and come out with appropriate training
- Working closely with the Recruitment agencies, Schools and universities
- Taking care of the employer branding
Requirements
- Experience in mass recruitment for junior position
- Candidate who has hospitality and tourism experience will be an added advantage
- Candidate must be able to work in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
