Job Description

Receptionists are often the first employee of an organization to have contact with a customer or client. They are responsible for making a good first impression for the organization.
Receptionists duties:

• Check in/Check out guests
• Attend and welcome customers
• Answer the telephone and take messages or forward calls from customers.
• Handling E-mail
• Build a good team work
• Advertisement : Poster, Facebook, Instagram
• Schedule and confirm appointments from customers
• Receptionists need to take care of front desk of a lobby or waiting room. Make sure lobby, corridor, hotel clean and tidy.
• Responsible regarding sales cash, In and out cash from counter.
• Arrange appointments.
• Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties.
