Vacancy

We are seeking a dynamic Purchasing talent to join our awesome team. Purchasing Executive

  • Work together with Purchasing Manager in continuous review, evaluate and monitor prices and quality of goods and services from Hotel suppliers.
  • Process all relevant paperwork in regards to the purchases of goods and services, and ensuring that the Hotel has adequate stocks to operate effectively.
  • Source for the new and alternate suppliers for new and existing products.
  • Assist and complete special projects and ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the Purchasing Manager or Director of Finance.

Specific Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of working experience in similar capacity of a 5 star Hotel property, with sound knowledge of Hotel operations.
  • Knowledge and skills in operating Material Control system will be an added advantage.
  • Strong networking and contacts with Hotel suppliers will be essential for this position.
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
