Jobs Xpert Brilliant Sdn Bhd is a Recruitment Firm. We assist our clients with all the talent search process. Our client is a Developer with 20 years of experience in buildings Home and Property in Malaysia, especially in Klang Valley.

Position: Personal Assistant to Executive Director

Location: Bandar Botanic Klang

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  • Provide secretarial duties to Executive Director in Meeting their day-to-day responsibilities.
  • Handle personal, private and matters.
  • Represent the Director during his absence, and coordinate work with others to ensure smooth operations according to Director’s Instruction.
  • Perform administrative function including incoming/outgoing mails, calls, typing letters, memos, reports, proposals, proper filing and organization of documents for easy retrieval and secure manner.
  • Handle travel and accommodation arrangement (eg: Visa application, flight & hotel reservation, etc) for the Director and personal indicated by the Director.
  • Assist Director on company matters.
  • Perform ad-hoc task assigned by the Director.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced Business Studies/Administration / Secretarial/ Marketing/Commerce or equivalent.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position.
  • Pleasant personality, diligent and presentable in speaking.
  • Good command in English, Bahasa, Mandarin or Cantonese ( MUST )
  • Have good knowledge of MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint Presentation
  • Must have own transportation.
  • Female, Age below 35 years old

REMUNERATION PACKAGE:

  • Basic RM 4,500.00 – RM 5,000.00
  • Mon – Fri 9.00am – 5.30pm, Alternate Sat 9.00am – 1.00pm
  • EPF, EIS & Socso Contributions
  • Annual Leave
  • Performance Bonus & Medical Claims
