OZO Georgetown Penang is a 141-room, an addition to our mid-scale brand in the centre of Malaysia’s colourful and multicultural city of Georgetown - the location of one of Asia’s UNESCO World Heritage Sitestel.

Vacancy

  • Hotel Manager

Main Description

  • To lead and supervise relevant activities within all departments of the hotel operations,
  • Responsible forthe commercial results of the operations.
  • A strong understanding of Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and ability to react with impact strategies.
  • To develop an operational strategy that is aligned with the brand’s standards.
  • To ensure full compliance of Policies & Procedures {P&P}. Standard Operating Procedures {SOP}. Property Audit and local regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Hotel and Property Management orrelevant discipline.
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in similar capacity at a 4 storinternational hotel.
  • Strong financial acumen and commercial knowledge.
  • Ability to lead and engage the team to achieve a high level of performance.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders.
