Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Follow a Consultative Sales Model to drive sales and develop customer relationships
Meet monthly sales targets for income and booking conversion
Deliver excellent customer service
Responding to customer enquiries promptly
Providing customer with descriptive and persuasive covering emails and
itineraries
Effective organisational skills to manage all stages of tour enquiry & booking
o quoting new customers
o upselling products throughout the process
o making the booking
o answering pre-travel questions
o dealing with travel complaints
o conducting cold calls
Requirements
Passion in the travel & tourism industry
Excellent oral and written English
Outstanding presentation skills.
Good time management skills.
Customer-oriented individual and an outstanding problem-solver.
Strong negotiation and sales skills.
A keen eye on details.
