Job Description

CAREER OPPORTUNITIES FOR RESORT EMPLOYEES

We have got some vacancies for employees for our newest resort opening soon in Port Dickson.

Certificate / Diploma / Degree qualified individuals in Hospitality Management or related discipline may apply.

Available Departments:

Operations / Front Office / Housekeeping / Security Guard / Human Resource / Kitchen / Accounts

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and manage overall resort daily operations.
• Conduct resort budgeting and financial planning.
• Manage and track hotel inventory.
• Prepare and manage schedules and shifts and coordinate with HR to monitor staffs attendance and responsibility.
• Work collaboratively with all members of operations team and other departments to ensure guest expectation are satisfied and operations are always effectively executed.  
• Manage and maintain complete knowledge of all resort features and services for example room types, rates, room availability, special package and promotion, etc.
• Oversee beverage and food operations for event and individual guests.
• Manage all sales & promotions and publicity & marketing of the resort.

Requirements

• Must possess Diploma / Degree in Hospitality Management or related discipline
• Minimum five (5) years experience as an Operations Manager of a resort or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead a team and a team player
• Required language (s) : Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Computer skill (s) : Microsoft Office
