Job Description

Job Responsibilities

1. Ensure that the standards of care and hospitality for our clients at our centers are consistently at the highest level of quality. 

2. To ensure that this business unit hits the revenue and growth potential (via KPIs) by maintaining the quality and expanding our business to capture the long term facilities market share in Malaysia. Includes business development and developing strategies to operate and grow in line with the vision of the company.

3. The MD personable and decisive and able to oversee client’s wellbeing and handle any issues and have a firm grip on the operational team, ensure that we have sufficient resources to operate at all times, implement systems and training programs in place and to work together with our cross disciplinary departments at CARE Concierge.

4. Must also have an eye for detail, ensuring that the environment is pleasant and presentable and be responsible for crisis management as required.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum 10 years of management experience

2. Experienced in operations and business development within the Hospitality industry

3. Motivated to drive industry changes in setting new standards of care in Aged Care facilities
