FRONT OFFICE DEPARTMENT JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Deliver the basic standards and provide exceptional guest service at all times
  • Maintain positive guests and colleagues interaction with good working relationships
  • Register hotel's guests in accordance with Front Office policies and procedures
  • Be familiar with the hotel's products and services and policies
  • Able to work as a teamwork
  • Able to multi task
  • Handling basic inquiries and sorting mail
  • Answering telephone calls, as well as screening and forwarding calls
  • Welcoming and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Keeping the reception area tidy and observing professional etiquette.
  • Perform check-in, check out.

HOUSEKEEPING DEPARTMENT JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Clean room, work areas, equipment and surface
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of environments
  • Deliver a quality service
  • Participate in training
  • Work to the Company's Policies and Procedures at all times
  • Undertake other duties that may be required in line with this level of post

Expected Start Date: 01/03/2021

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Salary: RM300.00 - RM500.00 per month
