Job Description
Your Responsibilities
- To ensure the quality of the services provided to the Gentile Members (G.M.) / guests in accordance to the standards of hygiene and safety
- To federates and motivates the team around objectives, attitudes and behavior shared in common
- To improve the productivity and be cost effective in running the operations
Your Profile
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- At least 5 - 8 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably managerial level specialized in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
What We Provide?
- Accommodation provided (stay in the resort)
- 3 meals provided (in the resort restaurant)
- Return Flight Ticket (Yearly)
- Opportunity to transfer to different country after 1 ½ years.
- Sports & recreation facilities
- Working Day : 6 days per week
