Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

Monitor and ensure cleanliness of the Shopping Mall and landscape area are well maintained by the contractor in order to sustain and increase value of the property

Responsibilities:

• To plan and coordinate the activities of Housekeeping Department involving 3rd party cleaning service vendor i.e. scheduling/monitoring of cleaning, pest control, sanitary bin and waste disposal
• Prepare, update and coordinate all Housekeeping programs and schedules
• Monitor External Service Contractors’ performance such as Cleaning, Refuse Disposal, Pest Control and Sanitary Bin in terms of responsiveness, efficiency and quality of work.
• To conduct monthly meeting with cleaning contractors and submit minutes meeting to Housekeeping Manager
• To carry out any other duties and job functions as instructed from time to time by the company

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years working experience in similar field.
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Professional Certificate in Housekeeping or its equivalent.
• Possess working experience in supervisory role especially in housekeeping and preferably from shopping mall industry.
• Candidate must have strong interpersonal and supervisory skills.
• Good in Microsoft Office and able to update data and prepare Housekeeping reports
• Working Hours: 2 shift according to shopping mall hour
• Able to work on Public Holiday. 
• 6 days work in a week.
