Job Description

• Based at our centralized reservation office in Ampang, KL
• Handle all reservation enquiries from phone, email and website
• Identify customer needs and resolve any complaints
• Attend to Online Travel Agent (OTA) such as Agoda, Booking.com
• Manage offline and direct reservation
• Follow up on tentative bookings and update reservation status
• Ensure all special requests are recorded and follow up in an efficient manner
• Coordinate with relevant departments on reservation matter
• Any other related work assigned by superior

REQUIREMENTS

• 2-3 years working experience in similar job
• Preferably have worked in the hotel industry
• Fluent in spoken Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Able to work independently and as a team
• Excellent telephone manners and convincing skills
• Service-oriented and enjoy conversation with people
• Responsible, reliable and committed
• Retire personnel who can speak fluent languages are also welcome to apply

Willing to work 2 rotation shifts
Shift A: 7.00am – 4.00pm
Shift B: 2.00pm – 11.00pm

Basic Salary + Commission
