- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager specialized in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
- To assist the Front Office Assistance in managing day to day operations and ensuring consistent guests satisfaction.
- Ability to plan, organize, direct and control all guests services operation and administration.
- Responsible for the swift handling of guests requests.
- Monitor Front Office and particularly the personnel to ensure that loyalty card members, known repeat guests and other VIPs receive special attemtion and recognition.
- Support and assist Front Office personnel and all department during peak periods.
- Supervise the balancing, reconciliation and closing of various shift cash flow and prepare the necesary shift report to provide accurate, timely information to management while ensuring proper controls are maintained.
- Ensure all the standard operating procedures (SOP) of the hotel are enforced and followed.
- Be attentive to hotel security requirement.
