- To assist Top management oversee the Hotel Business Operations.
- To ensure full compliance to Hotel Operating Controls/ Policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Service Standards.
- Responsible for Legalization, Occupational Safety & Health Act, Fire Regulations and other requirement.
- Lead all key property issue including but not limited to Capital Projects, Customer Service and Refurbishment.
- Revenue & Budget Management – Optimized revenue, create and implement pricing strategies for growth.
- Evaluate business risk, Identify and analyse competitors.
- Clearly understanding the Hotel business strategies, determine action plans to meet those Goal.
- Responsible for the preparation, design & implementation and achievement of the Hotel's annual operating budget, Marketing & Sales Plan and Capital Budget.
- A strong understanding of Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and ability to react with impact strategies.
- Manage on-going profitability of our hotels and service unit/s, ensuring revenue and guest satisfaction targets are met.
- Responsible for safeguarding the quality of operations both internal and external audits.
- Handling complaints and oversee the service recovery procedures.
- Design strategies to ensure total guest satisfaction.
- Analyse channels, market segment reviews, reports and etc
- Provide effective leadership to hospitality team members.
- Ensure all decisions are made in the best interest of the hotel and management
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur and Outstation
- Strong understanding of Hotel Management practices and extensive hands-on experience.
- Outstanding interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
- Exceptional Leadership abilities with great attention to detail.
- Strong Analytical & Decision Making Skills.
