Job Description

Responsibility

  • Responsible for handling front office duties, including greeting guests and answering the phone.
  • Handle hotel booking guests, express check-in and check-out. And cash-handling responsibilities.
  • Provides courteous services to guests and respond promptly and tactfully to guests' complaints, requests and inquiries.
  • Maintain customer service standards

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred stay in area Sekinchan Town. (Accommodation is provided)
  • Significant work experience handling guest service responsibilities, preferably in a hotel/reception setting.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and all other relevant computer programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in Bahasa English and Bahasa Melayu, added additional languages an advantage.
  • A proactive approach to dealing with issues that may arise.
  • Highly organized, able to multitask and prioritize and work under pressure.
  • Must be willing to work on shift including working on weekends and public holidays.
