Job Description

We are a conglomerate with interests in real estate, construction and plantation. We are currently venturing into hospitality industry focusing on 5-star resort operation in Melaka. We are looking for experience, enthusiastic, dynamic and detailed-oriented candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:

• liaise with consultants and HMC on overall layout and building plan to achieve the best efficiency and effectiveness.
• work with consultants, contractors and HMC on specifications on all the areas in the resort.
• cost monitoring against the budget allocated.
• oversees the resort daily operation managed by HMC.
• evaluate and analyze resort performance and report to the Management.
• owner's representative in all aspect in the resort operation.
• work together with HMC to achieve optimize return.

Requirements:

• At least Diploma in Hospitality or relevant field.
• Minimum of 10 years experiences in hotel or resort management with at least 5 years in 5-star hotel, resort or equivalent.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and decision making skills.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Preferably able to speak Malay and Mandarin but it is not a must.

We are a Melaka based conglomerate specializing in real estate, construction and plantation. We have projects spanning across Greater Kuala Lumpur, Melaka and Johor. Currently, we are expanding our business into hospitality industry with a 5-star water villa resort in Melaka in the pipeline.
