Vacancy

  • FRONT OFFICE ASSISTANT

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Register guests and assigns rooms. Accommodates special requests whenever possible.
  • Dealing with customers, check-in, check-out and including handling complaints when they come to the desk.
  • Assists in preregistration and blocking of rooms for reservations.
  • Understands room status and rooms status tracking.
  • Knows room locations, types of rooms available and room rates.
  • Uses proper telephone etiquette.
  • Reports any unusual occurrences or requests to the manager or assistant manager.
  • Maintains the cleanliness and neatness of the front desk area.

REQUIREMENT :

  • Candidate must possess at least min SPM.
  • Required language(s) Bahasa Malaysia & English.
  • Able to work shift and on public holidays and weekends.
  • Full-time position(s) available.
  • Must have own transport.

Salary: From RM1,200.00 per month
