- Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U in any field.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior/Senior Executive specialized in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
- Good command of English language abblities reading, speaking and writing.
- Team Player, enthusiastic, out going, good communication and phone skills.
- Ability to work independenly
- Well organized and thorough, even under pressure
- Good computer skill (Microsoft Office)
- Willingness to learn
- Customer Service experience will be advantage
- 4 position in Penang and 2 position at Damasara KL
- To communicate with the customers and to ensure the concierge/ information counter in good presentable order at all times.
- To gather and provide all the information to customers such as travel routes, transportation availability, etc.
- To communicate with and provide assistance to owners and tenants when required.
- To provide administrative and physical support to Company & Owner
- Front Office, Concierge, Reservation
