Job Description

  • Oversee the entire operations of the lodging environment including Front Desk, Housekeeping and Maintenance.
  • Ability and experience in managing the Front Desk and Reception.
  • Monitor cleaning materials and ensure inventories are adequately stocked.
  • Ensure high standard of service & guest’s satisfaction.
  • Check & ensure all safety measures are practiced.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by superior or management.
  • SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent
