  • Food And Beverage Service Assistant

Jobs and Responsibility:

· Setting of cutleries, tables and ambience decorations in the outlet. Clearing of tables, food and cutleries.

· Provide the same standard of excellent service to all members and guests

· Ensures section and surroundings are clean and tidy at all times and that tables are set for service accordingly.

· Assists fellow workers in their duties whenever possible, without neglecting own duties. Maintains and ensures good spirited teamwork and work ethics with all other employees.

· Knowledge of the basic rules of sanitation and hygiene with food preparation and service.

· Ensures that all policies, Food & Beverage policies and Health & Safety policies are adhered to in accordance with the standards established

· Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time by any member of the management team.
