- To manage and coordinate the operations of the Housekeeping Department
- Hire, train, supervise, discipline and counsel employees
- Ensure the housekeeping operations run smoothly and effectively in accordance with the Company's policies and procedures
- Emphasis on service and room standards, staff development, cost control, hygiene and cleanliness of the resort
- Well versed with housekeeping inventories, equipment and chemicals usage
- Excellent skills in Management of Stores
- Manage all administrative works efficiently
- A team player and able to work under pressure
- Possess Diploma in Hotel Management or Higher
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity
- Meticulous, discipline and good work conduct
- Good command in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
