Job Description

We are looking for a Duty Manager to join our team to manage the team under his/her care to achieve optimum results and highest member’s or guest satisfaction staying at our property. 
To be eligible for this role, you will require:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any Business studies
  • At least 4 year of relevant working experience in the related field is required
Your responsibilities will be to:
  • Work closely with all department and gain working knowledge of front office, housekeeping, human resource, accounting and necessary aspects of engineering.
  • Continuously inspect the assigned areas and room inspections to ensure the cleanliness are keep to the highest level.
  • Ensure that purchasing manuals are kept up to date and only approved item are purchased with maintained purchase logs.
  • Ensure that accurate inventories are taken: guest/cleaning supplies and uniforms monthly, linen by monthly basis and maintenance supplies.
  • Involve on audit and approved schedules, wages projections and payroll.
  • Attends to guest complains, request or inquiries regarding the comfort of bedroom services and immediately takes all corrective measures.
  • To monitor all staff attendance and report any disciplinary issue to the management.
