Job Description

  • Based at KL Sales Office
  • Responsible for promoting sales for 2 hotel properties in Melaka
  • Respond to clients’ queries within 24 hours upon receipt of inquiry
  • Visit potential customers, develop new network business and secure sales
  • Achieve monthly target from the corporate, government and agencies
  • Arrange inspection and promote our hotel rooms and facilities
  • Cross sell and up sell other sister properties
  • Collect deposit, obtain full payment and follow up on outstanding account
  • Generate and maximize revenue in terms of rooms, catering and F&B outlets
  • Represent hotel in various events, exhibitions and tradeshows
  • Coordinate with E-Commerce team on guest feedback, occupancy level and going rates
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales report
  • Any other related work assigned by management

Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as Director Of Sales or Senior Sales Manager in hotel/resort, hospitality, travel or related industry only will be considered
  • Possess complete knowledge of hotel services is essential
  • Strong creative approach to develop and close sales
  • Energetic, dynamic and confident personality
  • Excellent inter-personal and convincing skills
  • Responsible, reliable and committed
  • Possess a car and willing to travel to and fro KL/Melaka site
Basic salary + attractive commission scheme
