- Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors, keep visitors’ records
- To be polite and able to greet, guide and interact with customers and visitors professionally.
- To establish good rapport with customers and visitors.
- To acts as the site liaison for the services, sales center and all departments.
- To balances cash drawer by counting cash at beginning and end of work shift
- To knows all essential aspects of our operations and perform tasks of sales, customer service, cashiering, reception and manage outlet
- To collects payments by accepting cash, check, or charge payments from customers: and makes change for cash customer
- To responds to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner. Facilitates correspondence with guests.
- To works collaboratively with any associates and resources.
- Must have at least SPM certificate with 2 years working experience in the retail line
- Good presentation & communication skills
- Pleasant and friendly personality and very-oriented
- Enjoys meeting people
- Able to converse in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia, knowledge in other dialects and languages are an advantage
- Hospitality industry background is an advantage
