Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Must be competent in handling walk-in customers and agency forces' enquiries, requests and complaints.
  • To troubleshoot customers and agency forces issues and ensure that issues are resolved promptly.
  • To work with internal departments/stakeholders to meet customers' requirements.
  • To be proactive and ensuring customers' requests are responded within the service standards.
  • To provide feedback towards improving the existing workflows by proposing corrective and preventive actions.
  • To ensure compliance to policies, guidelines and regulations.
  • To perform other duties as delegated by the Management.
Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any field.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in customer service environment.
  • Working experience in the life insurance industry will be an advantage.
  • Good customer handling skills and complaint handling experience.
  • Possess good attitude, customer-focus mindset, and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
  • Candidate must be willing to work at PJ Uptown.
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Full-time position available.
