Job Description

• Working with stakeholders to determine resort’s requirements and sales targets
• Managing resort’s operations, staffing and budgets
• Ensuring local government, relevant agencies and ministry ‘s regulations are being complied with
• Presenting, promoting and selling resort’s facilities to clients and customers
• Ensuring secure and safe practices plus a healthy and clean resort environment
• Facility management and maintenance of equipment, grounds, buildings in resort including landscaping and pool
• Supervising projects – renovations, repair work, build-ups and special projects
• Preparing programme and facilities for customers, retreats, team-building and training
• Maintaining good relationship with external stakeholders comprising relevant government departments, agencies, private organizations, customers, media
• and the public.

Requirements:

• Work experience as an Operations Manager managing a similarly structured organization
• Able to handle facility management to include resort’s equipment, grounds, buildings and landscaping
• Knowledge of activity-related safety regulations, as well as health and sanitation requirements
• Very familiar with room reservations, resort accommodation, F&B, supplies and resort facilities
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to lead a team and manage budgets
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in office software, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook Express, PowerPoint and hotel system.
