The new 684-room accommodation is exclusively designed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. All rooms feature the supremely comfortable “Sweet Bed”, including the duvet and super-soft pillows, 43-inch flat-screen LCD TVs, hairdryer & iron, generously-sized bathrooms, modular desks and free high speed Wi-Fi. All rooms are equipped with international sockets/USB ports, coffee & tea making facilities and not to forget, sound retardant windows to guarantee a good night’s sleep at the best price.

Ibis Kuala Lumpur City Centre Hotel is currently looking to recruit the following positions:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Managers specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
Full-Time position(s) available.
Skills – Shift management, Customer service, Hotel operation, Opera system
To manage,motivate and develop the operations team in order to effectively achieve the objective
Strong in handling Front Office operation issues and multitask
Familiar with tour and corporate group reservation and operation procedure
Ensuring daily operation of the Front Office in term of check in and check out to run smoothly on day to day basis
Respond swiftly and effectively in any hotel emergency or safety situation

At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
Required language(s) English,Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
Preferably Managers specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
Responsible for carrying out in active role in planning,implementing and executing business plan
Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
Able to participate at Sales Event which may be held during weekend and or public holiday
Execute in achieving the department’s sales budget
Closely monitor revenue and the developments of new accounts and proper handling of sales procedures and inquiries
Maintain relationship with clients
Increasing business opportunity and reaching the revenue targets and goals set by hotel
