Hotel Royal Kuala Lumpur Hotel is currently looking to recruit the following positions:


Responsibilities :

To manage, qualify and maximize business potential of designated portfolio of clients within a designated market segment through daily sales calls, effective account serving, site inspection and entertainment and to seek business, generate and maximize the business for rooms and banqueting for the hotel in order to meet sales target
Ensures a successful branding for Hotel through appropriate marketing and promotional activities
Assist in setting up and updating database of clients and manage and maintain the mailing list
Develop and implement appropriate marketing strategies to strengthen market position in targeted areas
To increase revenue and maximize yield for rooms, conference and banqueting.
To develop and perform all sales activities in assigned market segment.

Requirements :

Possess a Diploma or Degree in any discipline Minimum 5 years experience in related field with at least 3 years in a similar capacity.
Have strong contacts within corporate sectors, leisure market, travel agents and government.
Possess a professional and pleasant personality with strong people skills.
Able to communicate effectively at all levels with corporate sector & leisure market.
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Candidates must be willing to travel and possess own transport.


Responsibilities :

Prepare incident reports and ensure all allegations are properly followed up
Liaise with Departmental Heads to ensure hotel staff is aware of their security responsibilities
Maintain good communication and work relationships in all areas of the hotel
Responsible for coordination of security operations, as well as managing, training, and assessing performance of the entire security personnel.
Help in writing and developing security policies and procedures for the security department,
Oversee all necessary training modules and procedures for security staff, and provide protection to important persons when necessary.
Monitor all unauthorized vandalism and removal of property, review and report accidents that happened within the vicinity, inspect all areas for safety and fire hazard; and file reports on safety precautions.
Responsible for conducting internal investigations when necessary, providing courteous service, managing the schedules of security personnel and tracking their attendance.
Developing and executing health and safety plans in the workplace according to legal guidelines
Preparing and enforcing policies to establish a culture of health and safety
Evaluating practices, procedures and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the law
Good connection and network with local enforcement authorities ie. Police, Bomba, JKKP and etc.


Reporting to the General Manager, the Executive Chef is responsible for planning, directing, controlling, and coordinating all Kitchen, Steward and Food Production activities and functions for the Hotel to ensure revenue maximization and repeat customers.
To supervise the function of all kitchen employees facilities and cost and contributes to maximizing the overall Food & Beverage department profit.
To establish and maintain effective employee relations and inter-departmental working relationships.
To responsible for production, preparation and presentation of all food items to ensure highest quality at all times.
To responsible for preparation of menus and participates in pricing policy with the Outlet Manager.
To work with the Cost Controller and Purchasing Manager in determining the minimum and maximum food par stocks.
To ensure the cleanliness of kitchen is up to Hotel’s standards.
To perform related and special projects as assigned.



Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably in a hotel environment.
Preferably Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Consistently offer professional, friendly and proactive guest service while supporting fellow colleagues.
Computer literate, and proficient in Microsoft Office.
Good command of written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia & English.

Responsibilities :
Responsible for all planning, training, directing, controlling, coordinating and participating in all Maintenance activities.
Preparing and implementing plan preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance to all Mechanical and Electrical Systems for the entire Hotel.
Introduce system in cost reduction, work simplification methods, techniques, improvement programs, energy conversation and any other engineering projects.
Involvement in negotiations, pre-planning exercises to projects and give technical supports to Hotel projects undertaken by Hotel Management.
Direct supervision to Hotel engineering activities such as:
a) Installing, maintaining, repairing and operating, hotel machinery, equipment and related system.
b) Receiving, storing, issuing and controlling engineering materials and supplies.
c) Supervising and advising fabrication and installation works to new constructional activities.
Ensure building safety and implement necessary measures and recommendation to superior for follow up action.
Possess a degree in Civil engineering / M & E / Building Technology / Construction Management or its equivalent.
Minimum 2 years experience in managing a Maintenance Department within the hotel industry.
Competent in cost control, material resource planning and manpower planning.
Preventive maintenance planning, training and development of maintenance / engineering teams.
Ability to work independently, possess good leadership and team player.
